5、use daily, and I sweat a fair amount not intended to be an antiperspirant so it will not stop sweat but it does block odor the roll-on is much easier to apply. the liquid is bit thin so sometimes it can drip or run down arm or body until it hasdried or been absorbed. You just have to make sure not to apply too much.
